Gabin had a relatively quiet start to the game and then just came to life when he scored his first try, after that France was in total control of the game and Gabin made sure to capitalize on his opportunities, to which led to him scoring his hat track which is not a common thing to do in a competition like the Six Nations. Gabin has a true fighting spirit to his game where he never gives up, and that goes back to his junior years when he fought his way from adversity to become an eventual starter for Toulon. It’s really amazing to read the story about him being the weakest link in his B-Team in his younger years and never giving up, to just keep on improving in the gym and working on his craft to which he ends up being one of the better players in the world.
