They all speak related Ugric languages of Uralic language family. Part of Ugric tribes moved from Ugra to Central Europe and are known as Hungarians (in 9th century Hungarians lived in Ukraine, first east of Dnieper in “Lebedia“ (Levédia), then in Etelköz (Ukraine, btw Dnieper & Dniester), before finally settling in Pannonia, modern Hungary).
