8th-9th Century Battle Axe Restoration / Medieval Weapons

This battle axe was found in the summer of 2023 in the ground at the edge of the forest where the village used to be. But it’s only now awaiting its turn. I can safely assume that this battle axe is at least 1000 years old. What do you think? 8th-9th Century Battle Axe Restoration / Medieval Weapons
