It is about a realization that whatever you do, sometimes the best thing in life can be just sitting at your favourite pub and having a glass of beer. Was it written because he was missing home? Or because he was drunk? Or was it some kind of spiritual karmic yoga epiphany? We don’t know but we agree that drinking beer at Pub 10 is the best.
