Custom Mascot Head - Part 10 - Opening the Jaw (sewing technique)

We finally get to the moving mouth portion. Finally! Took me a while. So, this technique is meant for the Chinese made mascots that are sewn together. I will make a Peru style update in the next video. But until then, enjoy this custom jaw movement addition. We cut a piece of fabric, make a template, sew the piece on, and put it back on to the foam structure. All of this is to give more room for the jaw to move so we can add our animatronic piece into the head.
