In preparation for the upcoming playthrough of the “Kali Ghati“ scenario, I am helping one of my players with the creation of his character - Ruttledge “Rutt“ Pickens. He is an ex-cop who’s into the buisness of growing copious ammounts of weed, somewhere in the rural parts of Northern America. We both learn how to properly create a Delta Green PC, and I must admit that this game has one of the best and coolest character creation system that I ever witnessed.
