Try this Cabbage Sabzi which is very easy and quick to prepare. This nutritious sabzi has a wonderful flavour of native spices and freshness of vegetables make it a very good choice for your meal.

Ingredients
500 gram cabbage
2 to 3 tbsp of oil
1/2 tsp mustard seeds
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
1/4th tsp fenugreek seeds
1/4th tsp asafoetida/ hing
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
2 diced potatoes
1/2 cup green peas
2 chopped tomatoes
Salt to taste
2 tbsp coriander powder
1 tbsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp garam masala
2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
