A video posted by Palestinian journalist Abd Sabbah shows a malnourished Palestinian child from northern Gaza receiving medical treatment at Kamal Adwan Hospital. At least 27 Palestinians - 23 of them children - have starved to death in Gaza. Human Rights Watch has accused Israel of using starvation as a weapon of war.
