Hitoshi Sugai is retired Japanese judoka who competed in -95 kg weight category. He is 1985 and 1987 World champion. He had one of the best Uchi Mata’s of his time, later in his life he even wrote a book about his technique “Uchimata (Masterclass Techniques Series)“.
