Jacarandas in Lisbon (Spring to Summer)

As if Lisbon couldn’t get any more charming, This is Jacaranda season in Lisbon, Portugal Native to South America, in 1768, the first Lisbon Jacaranda tree was planted. The trees bloom every spring and have a fragrant, honey scent and a shower of colorful flowers everywhere! The blooms are mid-to late May to the end of June. and the Best place to see the trees in full glory are on Avenida Dom Carlos I and Rossio Square. Jacaranda represents wisdom, wealth and good luck. Legend says if the flower falls on your head, it means good fortune for you.!
