NVIDIA’s Grace Superchip! Cool, But What is a Superchip???

NVIDIA has announced the Grace Superchip and the Grace Hopper Superchip. The first is two Grace CPUs connected via a high speed interlink on a module that includes the RAM, the other is a CPU and GPU combo, also connected via a high speed interlink on a module that includes the RAM.
