The Brvtalist is proud to present a new video from Bleib Modern. The band returns with a brand new album, Afraid To Leave, and today we premiere the first single, “Loony Voices”. After two EPs and three albums made using DIY production methods from 2015 - 2017, the band finally found their way to the renown Lala Studios in Leipzig. Together with Magnus Wichmann, their 4th album finds 10 tracks of perhaps their best work to date, further expanding on their fresh take on post-punk and beyond. With the pandemic, the band’s first label deal was cancelled and they had to abruptly end their tour after just a few days. Recorded with a dying film camera, their first single, “Loony Voices” is filled with footage from those days before it all started to get worse.
