Подготовка к соревнованиям по тяжелой атлетике. 3 неделя января выдалась тяжелой, далеко не все складывалось так как хотелось. Начали сказываться - накопленная усталось и нервное напряжение на работе. Тем не менее удалось сохранить положительную динамику роста результатов и поставить несколько рекордов.
