Losing that tore me up inside for a bit but it caused me to realize that sometimes we learn the wrong lessons when we go through heartache... sometimes we learn to close off, shut down, grow thick skin. Instead of embracing the uncertainty & facing our fears. This song is a reminder to myself to stop chasing perfection and to start living & loving fearlessly.
