So yeah this didnt work out so well. The 44 magnum went straight through. Most likely due to the ammo and gun, 180 grain SJSP going 1600fps or more out of a barrel. So maybe it would have done better against 240 grain SJSP out of say a 6in barrel but I dont have that so it is what it is. To gain some insight on how or if i should remake this I am going to buy a cheap 3a pannel from ebay and see is it can handle this. If not I might not try to remake this and will move on. Anyways hope you enjoy the video. They key take-away for me is a better glue that tolerates heat better and probably a non-woven kevlar, more UHMWPE also.
