Steak Pie | Best of British Series Classic Steak & Kidney Pudding | John Quilter

This is my Steak & Kidney Pudding, one of the most iconic and distinctly British dishes. A classic from Victorian times you have to have one S&K Pudding in your life. What makes it unique is the suet pudding pastry, made traditionally with the suet (fat) that encases the Ox’s kidney. This makes a rich, crumbly, distinctly beefy flavour that envelopes the meat inside. I recommend you try it and let me know what you think.
