Based on the continuous indexing method, it is designed to cut cylindrical spur & helical gears, crowning or slightly tapered gears, gears with less No. of teeth and splines, etc. The machine adopts SIEMENS 828D CNC control system (with electronic gearbox). Main electric and hydraulic components are available from famous overseas suppliers. Key casts of the machine bed and column are adopted double-wall, rib-reinforced plate construction, and ample rectangular guideways coated with Teflon are used for them.
