At 2 pm crews were called to an occupied working structure fire 2 blocks from the engine house. Crews found a story and a half wood frame involved with fire in the rear with extension to the attic and 2nd floor. The 2nd due engine was 9 minutes out. After a knock down outside, crews made an interior attack upstairs only to be called out for evacuation due to lack of water / hydrant problems and deteriorating fire conditions.
