Full title reads: “London. Aeroplane becomes Lord Mayor’s ’Coach’ of the skies - for the first time! History made as the City Fathers, & the priceless regalia, leave by air to open Morecambe’s new Town Hall.“ London. Various Mayors - probably including Lord Mayor of London, Sir Percy Greenaway - stand with other civic dignitaries next to plane on airfield. With them are men holding the ceremonial mace and other regalia. They appear to be speaking to several microphones. Cut to longer shot of the same. Back to closer shot.
