Armoured personnel carrier driven at high speed across a field. Dust rises from its tractors. People and newsreel cameramen are gathered to watch the machine be put through its paces. The two men driving the machine are dressed in civvies although the machine appears to have been designed for military use. The APC is then shown speeding down an empty road.
