Birchington, Kent. Bill Gardner collects rare orchids. Bill’s car is seen pulling into his driveway. Bill’s wife comes out of the house to greet him. Bill opens the boot and takes out an orchid he has brought back from Trinidad. His wife is left to take in his luggage. Bill takes his new acquisition into his greenhouse.
