Full title reads: “Portsmouth. Valkommen! Swedish Cruiser ’Flygia’ arrives on goodwill visit to see out Navy at work and play.“ Portsmouth, Hampshire. The Swedish warship Flygia sails past the camera. She has three funnels. On board the ship the Swedish flag is hoisted by the sailors. Shots of the Cruiser at anchor.
