Watford, Hertfordshire. Dogs whose bad behaviour has landed them in court are taken to this home for corrective training. C/U of an Alsatian barking. A kennel maid is seen grooming a Husky. A man rubs the cyclists wellies and bike wheels with a grease that the dog hates the smell off. Various shots of the cyclist biking around the dog who now looks confused and unhappy.
