Full title reads: “Lilleshall. Lord Burnham opens beautiful Convalescent Home in sylvan surrounding of National Federation of Retail Newsagents.“ Lilleshall, Shropshire. Crowd gathered around entrance to building. A man is making a speech about how honoured he is at presiding at the opening of the Newsagents’ first convalescent home. He makes a small presentation to Lord Burnham. Lord Burnham makes a speech following opening in the door of the Convalescent Home. Cut away to shot of the home. N.B. Lord Burnham was presumably Viscount Harry Webster Lawson Burnham. He was a Liberal and later Unionist MP and a director of the Daily Telegraph.
