“Thrums“ Re-Visted - Version 2 (1930)

Full title reads: “Scotland. ’Thrums’ revisited. Kirriemuir bestows its first Freedom on Sir James Barrie, its famous son.“ Kirriemuir, Scotland. Interior views of meeting. Sir James Barrie is made a Burgher of the town. He is presented with a casket containing ’the heart of Kirriemuir’ - at least that’s what the man making the presentation says. Exterior views Author / playwright Sir J M Barrie makes a speech. He makes a couple of jokes. N.B. By combining Versions 1 and 2 of this story we might see a version of the whole story.
