Full title reads: “Portsmouth. The Royal Marines. Troop their new Regimental Colour before Admiral of the Fleet, Sir Roger Keyes, Honorary Colonel Commandant of the Division.“ Portsmouth, Hampshire. Soldiers of the Royal Marines parade their new regimental colour (a flag) on a large parade ground. To the music of a military band the colour party march slowly across the square. Various shots of a fine display of drill from the white helmeted marines. The marines march past to the tune of ’A Life on the Ocean Waves’.
