This quick workout is a no equipment booty workout from home - or anywhere as it requires no equipment! Targeting the glutes we will power through a series of body-weight booty exercises. This is a unilateral style training as we will only be working one side of the body during each circuit. You can always add in a mini band or ankle weights for a little added resistance.
