***NOT FOR BROADCAST*** Contact Brett Adair with Live Storms Media to license. brett@ Incredibly vibrant aurora borealis filled the sky above Badlands National Park in South Dakota as a severe G4-class geomagnetic storm impacted the Earth late Thursday night into Friday morning. The auroras were visible to the naked eye and could be seen in vibrant green and magenta hues. The auroras were so bright that onlookers were even able to take pictures with their cell phones. The display was reported to be seen as far south as Texas. Many who had never seen the northern lights before were treated to their first glimpse as soon as they exited city light pollution. Package includes: Multiple timelapses of vibrant auroras over Badlands National Park
