Meeting Dana Linn Bailey and Workout with Sabrina

Got to meet the amazing Dana Linn Bailey and her awesome(enormous) husband Rob Bailey of Flag nor Fail. Sabrina and I got amazing personal advice from Dana, so we put it to use right away, we were probably a little too excited, so we did a little bit of everything in the gym.
