Intraoral infraorbital nerve block

Infraorbital block is useful for surgical procedures involving the midface, including the upper lip , the lateral part of the nose, the lower eyelid and the part of the cheek between the upper lip and the lower eyelid. It also has applications in dental anesthesia because most patient also experiences anesthesia of the upper central incisors , the canine and the maxillary premolars.
