On the Friday of the first week of the war, while running in and out of the bomb shelter, I was reading the uplifting words of the prophet Jeremiah about Israel’s identity as a nation. Whereas the world might say we are cursed and abandoned, God responds: “For I know the thoughts I have for you, thoughts of peace and not of evil“. (Jeremiah 29:11)
I’m excited to share “Thoughts of Peace“ from my heart to Israel and to the world, to remind us of our identity and God’s plan for our future. Share this to encourage and uplift Israel!

Music: Leat Sabbah
Lyrics: based on Jeremiah 29:11, Exodus 19:6, Deuteronomy 7:6, 1 Peter 2:9
For I know the thoughts that I think towards you
Thoughts of peace and not of evil
To give you a future and a hope
This I think for you, says the Lord
And you are a chosen people
And you are a royal priesthood
And you are a holy nation
God’s special possession
So declare the praises of Him
