Ranking MLP Villains with Memes

For this list, the definition of ’villain’ is tricky. I don’t want to get into it because idk how many of y’all even read descriptions, but here’s the jist: not every antagonist is a villain. You can be an asshole, but not a villain. Anyway... colorful horses, I guess. These are my opinions.
