Baduanjin Qigong: A Traditional Chinese Kungfu Routine Practiced in Wuhan Hospitals amid COVID-19

Last month I saw medical workers in Wuhan hospitals were teaching the patients with mild symptoms to practice this traditional Chinese Qigong “Ba Duan Jin“ (related news report see here: ). I thought it is good idea to light up people’s emotions and improve the immune system without getting the body too tired. This routine only makes you feel warm and relaxed without causing any heavy physical burdens. I didn’t find many detailed English learning instructions to learn this routine, so I selected the Chinese version with best quality and pace, and did the English translation and dubbing for the whole day.
