1999 ZX9R Engine Noise/Rattle CCT?

Help! I bought a 1999 ZX9R with 16k miles on it a month or so ago. It ran pretty well and was a lot of fun, but had it’s slow jets clogged. I cleaned the carbs, adjusted the valves, changed the oil, and coolant. The valve adjustment (shims) required me to remove the cams. I did so, and installed them on the correct timing marks, with the correct chain position, and properly reset the cam chain tensioner. I even made it one “click“ tighter to try and stop the noise. I start her up after all the maintenance, and now I have this loud clacking. The audio on this video captures it, but doesn’t do it justice, it is very loud and the vibration can be felt by touching the engine. It sounds/feels like its coming from the top of the head, where the cam chain wraps around the two cams. It seems to respond to the throttle properly, and the sounds does not go away once the bike is warmed up. Please help! UPDATE: Problem Solved! The cams were both behind one notch. When setting the timing (at least on this model) the timing notches will shift once you tighten down the cam cover/guide. After tightening the cover/guide down, check to see how many notches off the timing is, unbolt it, and adjust it that many notches. No damage done! Woo!
