Separated at birth, beer and whiskey are as close to kindred spirits as it gets. Both starting out as a fermented grain called mash, beer is brewed and whiskey is distilled. So it’s no surprise they have a sort of ‘made for each other’ brotherhood, worthy of the headline, Drinking Buddies. Working with Rick Nelson of Oedipus brewing in the Netherlands, we aged a unique beer in some Jameson barrels.
