I really love what NECA is doing wit these window box packaging neca figures. This Master Splinter is fantastic, I’ll obviously compare him to the other Master Splinters from NECA and my favorite part is the baby master splinter and baby turtles that come as accessories in this neca action figure package! I also love the interchangeable hands they give you as well as the wire-based tail that bends into place! We also get a new utrom figure and mouser figure from NECA!
