The aim of the training exercise is to improve the players’ ability to pass with the left and right foot first touch, short distance, from the spot, after a previous run or after the ball has been guided. After a series of repeated wall pass and passes, players are required to bring the ball intensively. We require players to alternate left and right legs regularly.
The exercise is designed for two players of U6 and older.
