Embraer E195-E2 Passes Water Spray Test

The #Embraer #E195E2 made a big splash last month. It completed a series of water spray tests required for certification. The #E2 passed through a soaked runway with engines at different speeds. As expected, there was no malfunction in the airspeed system. The engines and APU did not ingest hazardous quantities of water or slush during taxi, take-off and landing. The E195-E2 certification is expected in 2019.
