Charlie Gjedde crash badly in Denmark

Danish Championship semifinal, Holstebro. Patrick Hougaard/red, Charlie Gjedde/yellow, Lasse Bjerre/ Bjerre to much speed into turn 3, and plough Charlie down. Charlie unconscious for some time, and the result is 4 fractured neck vertabrae and a bad concussion. This is the track where Charlie started his speedwaylife as a little kid, and I think this is the last heat we will see Charlie in competition. Time to stop I hope, too many injuries.
