A hard morning in the gym for Ben with his coach Andy McKenzie that included 1RM efforts (including a 180kg/397lb box squat and a dead-hang chest-to-bar chin up with 50kg/110lb, both at 80kg/176lb bodyweight) followed by the inaugural Scott Test, a demanding non-stop combination of lunges and high-knee steps with 50% bodyweight on a bar (40kg/88lb in this case).
