Cannot get wrong with visiting this Skara (grill) Fest, always fresh food, amazing local bread called lepinja (huge puff bread, with unique technology or preparing which you can find only in Macedonia or Serbia). Usually the classic pljeskavica sandwich contains: 1. Freshly grilled beef patty made from local meat (called pljeskavica. 2. Fresh vegetables - usually onions, tomatoes, pickles 3.
