Physical & Technical Warm-Up - Passing Exercise

Physical & Technical Warm-Up - (Left to Right) Line 1 - Single leg landings (1 right and 1 left) Line 2 - Ladder progression (2 feet in each space, lateral right, lateral left) Line 3 - Hurdle mobility exercise Line 4 - Slalom shuffle (forwards and backwards) After 2 repetitions at each exercise, change lines moving to the right, and repeat all the exercises until you return to the line you where you began. Complete 4-6 rotations through the exercises before moving to the passing and dribbling exercise Passing & Dribbling Exercise Phase 1 - Dribble and change places with a player on the opposite side Phase 2 - Dribble, play a 1-2 between the yellow gate and exchange places Phase 3 - Sprint and dribble the ball to the yellow gate, passing across the gate for the player on the opposite end to pass the ball back to the line that starts the exercise.
