BRICS Resolve AFRICA’s Problem: A Lesson to Colonizers?

Africa is facing significant water scarcity issues due to a combination of population growth, urbanization, and climate change. Sub-Saharan Africa’s population is growing at an annual rate of 2.7%, leading to increased demand for water. Additionally, climate change has caused severe droughts and changes in weather patterns, further exacerbating the scarcity of water resources. By 2025, it’s projected that close to 230 million Africans will experience water scarcity, with up to 460 million living in water-stressed areas.
