Beg & Int Aerial Hoop Moves

This is just a guide and meant for those who are new to Aerial Hoop and for new Instructors as I know it can be difficult to remember all the names. I have added a few tips that helped me but please make sure you attend lessons with a professional aerial hoop instructor before attempting any of these moves for your own safety.
