Ingredients:
1 Red bell pepper
1 Orange bell pepper
1 Yellow bell pepper
1 Green bell pepper
4-6 Eggs (depending on the size of peppers and desired filling)
Sesame oil or cooking oil

Instructions:
Prepare the Bell Peppers:
Wash and cut the tops off the bell peppers.
Remove the seeds and membranes from inside the peppers.
