Declan Rice - Welcome to Arsenal - 2023

After weeks of back and forth, it looks as if Arsenal are about to sign One of the best Players in The Premeir League in recent years. It comes after the Gunners submitted their third and what looks to be final bid for Declan Rice which met the £100 million valuation West Ham were holding out for him. The two clubs remain in talks over deal structure & payment terms — as West Ham want £100m to be paid within 18 months. With £105 million fee to be the final figure the two sides agree on, Rice would become just the third player in Premier League history to cost £100 million or more.
