Draping balloon skirt

Elena shows the steps of draping a balloon skirt. She uses two pieces of fabric, starting from one which is: 40cm length on grain-line and 100cm wide on cross-grain. The second piece is 60cm length on grain-line and 150cm on cross-grain. The second piece is draped for one side, thus for full skirt you will need two pieces with the same measurements connected together.
