Get it in with this heavy single kettlebell workout. I hit it with a 32kg the other morning and knocked it out in less than 30 minutes! Had me feeling 😤🔥 Move 1: 10 sets, rest 30 seconds in between sets 3 deadlift, 3 rows, 3 Split Squat, 3 press on both sides Move 2 and 3: 5 sets, rest 30 seconds in between sets, 30 seconds in between exercises Squat Sprawl to kick Throughs x 30 seconds Rest 30 seconds Swing to snatch x 30 seconds
