Placinte cu branza
Alut, 400ml apa, 6g drojdie, 15g gris, 15g zahar, 15g sare, 1 lingura oțet, 50ml ulei, 800g faina.
Branza 500g, 7g sare, 5 cepe verzi, cateva fire de marar, 1 ou.
Branza 500g,1 lingura zahar, 7g sare, 1 ou.
1 ou pentru uns.
300ml ulei pentru lucrat cu aluatu.
Cheese pies
Dough, 400ml water, 6g yeast, 15g semolina, 15g sugar, 15g salt, 1 tablespoon vinegar, 50ml oil, 800g flour.
500g cheese, 7g salt, 5 green onions, a few sprigs of dill, 1 egg.
Cheese 500g, 1 tablespoon sugar, 7g salt, 1 egg.
1 egg for greasing it when ready.
300ml oil for working with dough.
