ABBA - Fanfare For Icehockey World Championships ’81 Used as the theme music for the 1981 World Ice Hockey Championships and the Dick Cavett Meets ABBA TV Special, 16 March 1981 The fanfare was originally written to serve as the theme music of the 1981 World Ice Hockey Championships held in Gothenburg, Sweden and was also subsequently used as the theme music for this TV special. It was released on the rare promotional LP “Polargruppen - Ekonomipaket I Ord Och Ton” [The Polar Group - Economics in Word and Tune] from which this transfer is derived from.
